Signer Kiosk

Waivers signed in one tap.

Put your waivers on a tablet at the front desk. Guests tap, sign and walk in, and every signature is filed as a flattened PDF.

From PDF to kiosk in three steps

No form builder to learn. You bring the document, we turn it into something a guest can sign in half a minute.

  1. 1

Upload the PDF you already use

Drop in your waiver, release or consent form. No rebuilding it in a form builder, and it stays exactly as your lawyer wrote it.

  2. 2

Drag the fields onto the page

Place name, email, signature, date and checkbox fields right where they belong. Add a second signer for a parent or guardian.

  3. 3

    Publish it to a kiosk

Pick the tiles guests see. They tap, sign, and the kiosk returns to the start screen for the next person.

Place fields on your document, not in a form

Drag fields onto the page exactly where signers fill them in. Then say who fills what, so a parent and a child each get their own name and signature step.

  • Text, signature, date and checkbox fields
  • Mark each field as full name, email or custom text
  • Set a prompt and whether it's required
  • Add up to six signers per document

Everything a front desk needs, nothing it doesn't

Signer Kiosk does one job: collect signatures on your documents quickly and keep them organized.

One tap to start, built for fingers

Big tiles, big inputs and a signature pad that fills the screen. Nothing hides behind hover, and an idle timer clears a half-finished form before the next guest arrives.

Bundles for activities that need several waivers

A birthday party might need a waiver, a photo release and guardian consent. Tap once and sign them back to back. Name and signature carry over so nobody types them twice.

Multiple signers, one after another

Each person's name and signature come together on one screen, then the kiosk moves to the next signer. Parent and child, two guests, up to six people on a document.

A real signed PDF for every signature

Names, checkboxes, dates and drawn signatures are placed onto your original PDF and saved flattened. Download any of them from the signed documents list.

Keep each kiosk where it belongs

Allow or block IP addresses and ranges, and allow or block countries, per kiosk. Block rules win, and an allow list turns away anything it can't identify.

Public screens, private records

A kiosk can only collect new signatures. It never shows who signed before, and your PDFs live in private storage separated by workspace.

Signed, flattened and filed

When the last signer finishes, the kiosk places every entry onto your original PDF and saves it before showing the thank-you screen. Each copy records who signed, when, and on which kiosk, and you can download it whenever you need it.

Try it with your own waiver

Built for places with a front desk and a line

Pick your kind of place to see the documents, signers and setup that suit it.

Safe to leave in public

A kiosk sits where anyone can touch it. It's designed so that doesn't matter.

  • Write-only screens

A kiosk can start a signature. It can't list, open or download anything anyone signed before.

  • Location rules

Limit a kiosk to your venue's network or to the countries you operate in.

  • Clears itself

After a few idle minutes, or after signing, the kiosk resets so details never linger.

  • Separated workspaces

Every record belongs to one workspace, and the API checks that on every request.

Questions, answered

Are the signatures legally binding?

Electronic signature rules differ by place and by document type. Signer Kiosk captures a drawn signature, the signer's details and a timestamp onto a flattened PDF, and records which kiosk it came from. Whether that is enough for your waivers is a question for your lawyer.

Can I use the waivers I already have?

Yes. Upload any PDF up to 5 MB that isn't password-protected, then place fields on it. The original pages are what guests read and what gets signed.

What does the guest need to do?

Tap a tile, type their name, draw their signature and tap next. A bundle repeats that for each document, and the screen returns to the start when they're done.

What hardware do I need?

Any tablet or touch screen with a modern browser. Open the kiosk's link and leave it there. It needs an internet connection and doesn't work offline.

Can I restrict where a kiosk works?

Yes. Each kiosk can allow or block IP addresses and CIDR ranges and allow or block countries, so a link shared outside your venue stops working.

Who on my team can change things?

Invite teammates by email as admins or members. Owners manage everyone, admins manage members, and members build documents and kiosks without managing people.
