SigningKiosk
SigningKiosk for offices

NDAs signed at the front desk

Visitors, candidates and contractors sign your NDA and site rules on a reception tablet before they go upstairs. The paper visitor book can go, and the signed PDFs are filed for your team.

Built for

The paper visitor book does a poor job

It's slow, anyone can read the page above, and the NDA is a separate stack in a drawer.

Reception

A tile for each kind of visitor

Visitors, interview candidates and contractors tap their own tile and sign the right documents. A contractor tile can bundle the NDA with the site safety induction.

  • Bundle NDA and house rules
  • Name and signature carried across the bundle
  • Large touch targets for a standing guest

On your network

Only works from inside the building

Limit the reception kiosk to your office network or countries you operate in. A leaked link becomes a page that explains it isn't available there.

  • Allow or block IPs and CIDR ranges
  • Allow or block countries
  • Block rules always win

Your team

Reception can build it, only owners can reshape it

Invite admins and members by email. Members build documents and kiosks; owners and admins handle who has access to the workspace.

  • Owner, admin and member roles
  • Invites by email with a temporary password
  • Remove access with one click

Documents offices put on the kiosk

Your legal team's PDF, signed exactly as written.

  • Visitor NDA

    One signature and a date

  • Site safety acknowledgement

    Checkboxes for each rule

  • Contractor induction

    For trades and maintenance

  • Interview candidate NDA

    Short and single-page

  • Equipment loan agreement

    Laptops and badges

  • Coworking house rules

    Members and day guests

How an office uses it

  1. 1

    Upload the NDA

Add the PDF and place the visitor's name, company, signature and date.

  2. 2

    Put a tablet at reception

Create a kiosk with a tile per visitor type and open its link on a tablet.

  3. 3

    Review who signed

The signed documents list shows names, times and the kiosk for each signed copy.

What helps offices most

  • Write-only kiosks

No visitor history on a screen anyone can walk up to.

  • Location rules

Kiosk works on the office network, not from the car park.

  • Bundles

NDA and safety induction in one tap.

  • Flattened PDFs

A flattened PDF per signature, ready to attach to a record.

Not a visitor management system

SigningKiosk collects signatures on your documents. It doesn't print badges, notify hosts or check people out, so keep your visitor badge and host-notification process if you have one.

Questions from offices

Can I have different documents for guests and contractors?

Yes. Make a tile for each and point it at a single document or a bundle.

Can a visitor see who signed before them?

No. The kiosk can only collect new signatures and never lists or opens old ones.

Can we use it in more than one office?

Yes. Create a kiosk per office and give each its own location rules.

Try it with your own offices forms

Upload a PDF, place the fields, publish it and open the kiosk link on a tablet.
