Consents signed in the waiting room

Patients sign consent, financial and acknowledgement forms on a tablet before they are called in. The kiosk collects signatures and never shows anyone else's, and the signed PDFs are filed for your team.

Built for

Front desks lose time on paperwork

The clipboard is slow, the handwriting is hard to read and the forms need filing afterwards.

New patient packets

Three forms, one tap

Bundle consent to treat, the financial policy and the privacy acknowledgement into a single tile. The patient's name and signature carry across all three.

  • Typed once, placed on every document
  • Required checkboxes for acknowledgements
  • A separate tile for returning patients

Patients and representatives

A second person can sign for the patient

For minors or patients with a representative, mark which fields belong to the second signer. They sign their own name and signature after the patient, or instead of them.

  • Representative name and relationship fields
  • Up to six signers on a document
  • Each step is shown on its own screen

Privacy at the desk

Nothing about the last patient is on the screen

The kiosk is write-only: it starts new signatures and never lists, opens or downloads old ones. After a few idle minutes it resets, and you can limit it to the clinic's own network.

  • No history shown on the kiosk
  • Idle timer clears half-filled forms
  • Restrict to your clinic's IP address

Forms clinics put on the kiosk

Upload your clinic's own wording. SigningKiosk places the signatures on it as is.

  • Consent to treatment

    Patient or representative signs

  • Financial responsibility

    Fees and cancellation policy

  • Privacy notice acknowledgement

    Single checkbox and signature

  • Photo and telehealth consent

    Optional checkboxes

  • Procedure consent

    Cosmetic, dental or minor procedures

  • Minor consent

    Guardian signs for the child

How a clinic uses it

  1. 1

    Add your forms

Upload the PDFs your practice already uses and place the name, signature and date fields.

  2. 2

Make a tile per visit type

New patient, returning patient, procedure. Each tile can be a single form or a bundle.

  3. 3

    File the signed copies

Download each signed PDF from your workspace when you need it for the patient's record.

What helps clinics most

  • Write-only kiosks

A shared waiting-room tablet that never shows another patient's details.

  • Bundles

New-patient packets signed in a single sitting.

  • Location rules

Make a kiosk link work only from your clinic's network.

  • Self-clearing screen

A form left half-finished is cleared before the next patient.

Healthcare rules still apply

SigningKiosk makes no compliance claims for HIPAA or any other health-privacy regulation. Signed PDFs can contain personal information, so check your obligations before you use it for health information, and keep clinical data in your clinical systems.

Questions from healthcare

Is it HIPAA compliant?

We make no HIPAA claim. SigningKiosk stores PDFs in private storage separated by workspace, but whether it fits your obligations is for your compliance officer or lawyer to decide.

Does the kiosk show previous patients?

No. It can only start a new signature. It never lists, opens or downloads anything signed before.

Can I use my existing consent forms?

Yes. Upload any PDF up to 5 MB that isn't password-protected and place fields on it. The original pages are what patients read and sign.

Try it with your own healthcare forms

Upload a PDF, place the fields, publish it and open the kiosk link on a tablet.
