SigningKiosk
SigningKiosk for entertainment

Waivers signed before the fun starts

Put your participant waiver and party bundles on tablets at the door. Parents sign for the kids in about a minute, and every signed copy is filed as a PDF.

Built for

A rush at the door every Saturday

Groups arrive together and every person needs a signature before they play.

Party bundles

Three forms behind one tile

A party bundle takes a guest through the waiver, the photo release and guardian consent. Their name carries from one to the next, so they type it once.

  • Bundle up to as many documents as you need
  • Name and signature carried across
  • One thank-you screen at the end

Parents and kids

A guardian signs on behalf of the child

Add a guardian signer to the waiver so the adult signs their own part. The kiosk handles each person in turn.

  • Guardian name and signature fields
  • Up to six signers per document
  • Required checkboxes for rules

Busy and public

Resets itself and works only on site

The kiosk clears a half-finished form after a few idle minutes and returns to the start after each signature. Limit it to your venue's network to stop shared links being used.

  • Idle timer and automatic return home
  • Allow or block IPs and countries
  • No list of other guests on screen

Walk-in, party, group booking. Open the kiosk on one or more tablets.

What helps venues most

  • Bundles

A party pack signed in one pass.

  • Multiple signers

    Guardian signs for each child.

  • Self-clearing screen

A clean screen for the next family.

  • Location rules

The kiosk link works at your door only.

One signature per person

Each submission records the names a person types and the signature they draw. If every child needs their own signed copy, add one signing step per child. Rules for minors differ by place, so check with your insurer or lawyer.

Questions from entertainment

Can several tablets share a kiosk?

Yes. A kiosk is a web page, so you can open it on as many tablets as you like.

Can one parent sign for several kids?

Create the document so the guardian and each child have their own name fields, or have the guardian run the kiosk once per child.

Can I change the tiles on a Saturday?

Yes. Edit the kiosk from your dashboard and the tablets pick up the change on their next refresh.

Try it with your own entertainment forms

Upload a PDF, place the fields, publish it and open the kiosk link on a tablet.
